Rose Hill Estates - Section 3

Rose Hill Estates Section 2 is almost sold out! To expand Rose Hill Estates, we will now be moving into Section 3. Section 3 will feature the same models as the rest of the community and will have stunning lots & site locations throughout.
Section 3 will be available for pre-sale in May 2021!
The Fairways at Riverton

This beautiful community is in the planning process to feature single family homes, 1-story town homes, and 2-story town homes. The 1-story town homes are planned to back up to the Riverton Golf Course, while the 2-story town homes will be located in the Northern section of the community.
Aberdeen Estates on Salt Road in Webster
Currently in the design phase, Aberdeen Estates will be located on Salt Road in Webster, NY. This luxury community will feature 100-foot-wide lots and homes similar to our Rose Hill Estates and Queens Park Communities. In addition, Aberdeen Estates will feature some of our newer floor plans!
This community will be South of Lake Road and North of Woodard Road.
