Whether it's a custom home we're building on your lot, or a quick move-in home built on one of our new home floor plans - the Faber Builder's team will be available to take you through your new home at any time during the construction process.
Before your final closing we provide you with a new home orientation. Six months after you move in, our service team will accompany you on another walk-through. At the end of the one year mark, we will complete a third walk-through so you have complete peace of mind with your purchase. All of our custom homes come with an extensive warranty to further enhance your confidence. Finally, a Faber team member is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have about your new home.
